Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the State of Maine who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and households are not eligible.

4. Entry period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 23, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

5. How to enter

Complete the entry form at pinestatesystems.com/coffee with your name, email address, whether your entry is personal or for a business, and whether you would like information about Sponsor's IT services, and submit it during the Entry Period.

Limit one entry per person and per email address. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries submitted by automated means, or that are incomplete or false, are void. Your answer about wanting IT service information has no effect on your chances of winning.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a coffee maker. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $100. The prize is not transferable and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

7. Winner selection and odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Monday, November 24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and arrange to receive the prize (by local pickup or delivery within Maine). If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

9. Use of your information

Information you submit is used to administer the giveaway and, only if you ask for it, to send you information about Sponsor's IT services. See our Privacy Policy. With the winner's permission, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and town.

10. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical problems with the entry form. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor from any liability arising from the prize or participation in the giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Google, Facebook, Instagram or any other platform where it may be promoted.
