Common questions
Doesn't Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 data?
Microsoft keeps the service available, but its built-in retention isn't a full backup you control. If a user deletes files, an account is compromised, or ransomware encrypts synced files, a separate backup is what gets you back. Managed backup is part of our Complete and Secure+ plans.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace or another email host?
Yes. We plan migrations so mail, calendars and contacts move over with minimal disruption, scheduled for a weekend or evening when it's least disruptive.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
It depends on whether you need desktop Office apps, advanced security features or compliance tools. Many small businesses are well served by Business Standard or Business Premium. We'll recommend the right mix during your assessment.
